In a saucepan, heat 55g butter and 55g golden caster sugar until both have melted. Stir in 1tsp ground cinnamon and a pinch of ground nutmeg. Lay 1 pack of ready-rolled puff pastry on a floured surface. Pour the syrup on top and brush across the pastry, covering all. Sprinkle over 80g mixed dried fruits (cranberries, strawberries, raisins etc). Roll the pastry up tightly. Cut circles around 1cm-thick and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Brush the tops and sides with milk, and sprinkle over a little more caster sugar. Bake at 200C for around 14 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
