Blackberry & Strawberry Protein Shake

I bought some dairy-free soy protein powder, and for once it was actually delicious! This is my new go-to Keto breakfast. In a blend, mix 2-3 blackberries, 1 scoop of protein powder (strawberry flavoured), 300ml almond milk, a big squeeze of sugar-free maple syrup, and maybe some chia seeds if you don’t mind a lumpy smoothie!
