Easter Sunday Roast Turkey

We had such a good experience with turkey this previous Christmas, that we felt the need to recreate it somewhat for Easter dinner. We picked up a pre-seasoned turkey crown from Sainsbury’s, and all the trimmings: stuffing, Yorkshires, peas and carrots, roasted potatoes and parsnips, dinner rolls, and delicious gravy made from the turkey-juices. It was a lovely dinner, and plenty of leftover!

I also baked a sort-of Simnel/fruit/carrot-cake-without-carrots baked thing, which was damn tasty, but forgot to take a picture of it. Will take a picture of whatever’s leftover when I can!
